Dave’s Appliance & Home Adds True-to-Size AR Views of 669 Luxury Appliances

STATHAM, GA, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Dave’s Appliance & Home, a family-owned appliance, cabinetry and kitchen design retailer with showrooms in Statham and Martinez, Georgia, has added augmented reality (AR) viewing to its website, davesapplianceandhome.com. Shoppers can now place true-to-size 3D models of 669 appliances in their own homes from a phone. It works in the web browser on iPhone and Android, with nothing to download.

The 3D and AR models are built from the manufacturers’ CAD files. The collection includes 232 Sub-Zero models covering refrigeration, wine and beverage, outdoor refrigeration and ice makers. It includes 266 Wolf models: ranges from 30 to 60 inches, cooktops and rangetops, wall ovens, ventilation hoods, coffee, microwave and warming drawers, and outdoor grills. There are 165 Thermador models covering refrigeration, wine, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, hoods and dishwashers. Rounding out the collection are five Cove dishwashers and one Bosch 48-inch dual-fuel range.

The feature takes three steps. Shoppers pick a model on the website, tap “View in your space,” and place the appliance in the room at true size. A new chart on the homepage organizes all of the AR models by brand, category and width.

Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove are sold through the company’s showrooms, not online. Dave’s Appliance & Home is factory-authorized for Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove sales and installation. With the AR models, shoppers can try one of these appliances in 3D at home, then see it in person at the Statham flagship showroom. Thermador models can be shopped online at davesapplianceandhome.com.

“A new range or refrigerator is a big decision, and it’s hard to picture from a spec sheet,” said owner Dave Barrett. “Now you can stand in your own kitchen, pull the model up on your phone and see it at true size. View in your home, from your phone. We can finalize the purchase after the right one is chosen and install the real thing.”

The company plans to add Bosch and Café built-in refrigerators, and ranges 36 inches and wider, to the AR collection next.
