CHICAGO, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — GTCR, a leading private equity firm, today announced the promotion of several senior team members and the addition of two experienced professionals to its Portfolio Resources Group (“PRG”). The promotions span the firm’s Investment, Investor Relations, Capital Markets and Legal teams.

These promotions and new hires reflect GTCR’s continued investment in its people and capabilities while reinforcing the culture, investment discipline and collaborative approach that have defined the firm for more than four decades. Today, GTCR has more than 225 employees, including over 110 investment professionals, across offices in Chicago, New York and West Palm Beach.

Jessica Wang was promoted to Managing Director on the Investor Relations team. Since joining GTCR in 2024, Ms. Wang has played an instrumental role in supporting the firm’s global capital-raising efforts.

Michael Lomio was promoted to Principal on the Investment team. Mr. Lomio joined GTCR in 2016 and has made significant contributions to the firm’s Financial Services & Technology investments, including AssetMark, CAPTRUST, Cisive, Fiduciary Trust Company, itel and JMG Group.

Lizzie Wintle was also promoted to Principal on the Investment team. As a member of the Strategic Growth Fund team focused on Financial Services & Technology, she has played an integral role in the firm’s investments in Fiduciary Trust Company, FMG and Foundation Source. She joined GTCR in 2022.

Kate O’Linn was promoted to Principal on the Debt Capital Markets team. Ms. O’Linn joined GTCR in 2021 and has meaningfully expanded the firm’s direct-lending relationships and market reach.

Mike Rizza was promoted to Principal on the Legal team. Mr. Rizza joined GTCR in 2022 and has made important contributions across the firm’s legal, regulatory and fund activities, including recent work supporting the firm’s fundraising efforts.

GTCR also welcomed two experienced professionals to PRG, expanding the team’s capabilities in employee benefits and portfolio talent. PRG’s in-house functional experts work alongside GTCR investment professionals and portfolio company management teams, providing company-specific expertise as businesses scale and pursue value-creation opportunities.

Denis Torlic joined GTCR as a Managing Director and works directly with portfolio companies on employee benefits strategies. Mr. Torlic previously worked at Aon, where he supported private equity firms on employee benefits strategy and developed portfolio-wide solutions designed to leverage scale and support value creation.

Sarah Adler joined GTCR as a Principal within PRG, where she focuses on portfolio talent and supports the firm’s Leaders Strategy™. In this role, she works closely with GTCR’s investment teams on executive sourcing, recruitment and talent development across the portfolio. Ms. Adler previously worked at Egon Zehnder as a consultant focused on executive search and organizational consulting.

Jessica joined GTCR in 2024. Previously, she was a Managing Director at L Catterton, focusing on fundraising and investor relations. Prior to that, Jessica worked on the investor relations teams at Avista Capital Partners and Irving Place Capital and was an Associate on the Primary Investments team at Adams Street Partners. She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking practice. She received her BBA degree, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Michael joined GTCR in 2016. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays. Michael is currently a Director of AssetMark, Cisive and Fiduciary Trust Company and works closely with CAPTRUST and JMG Group. He was previously a Director of itel and worked closely with Paya. Michael holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics and psychology from Williams College, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Lizzie joined GTCR in 2022. Previously, she was a Vice President at Siris Capital, where she focused on technology and technology-enabled services. Prior to Siris Capital, Lizzie worked as an Associate at J.F. Lehman & Company and as an Analyst at Credit Suisse. Lizzie is currently a Director of Fiduciary Trust Company, FMG and Foundation Source. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics cum laude from Vanderbilt University.

Kate O’Linn, Principal, Debt Capital Markets

Kate joined GTCR in 2021. Prior to joining GTCR, she was a Vice President within the Originations and Underwriting teams at Antares Capital. Before joining Antares, Kate completed GE’s Financial Management Program. Kate graduated summa cum laude with a BS in finance from the University of Florida and holds an MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mike joined GTCR in 2022 and assists in managing various legal, regulatory and fund aspects of GTCR’s activities and operations. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. Previously, he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Chicago and served as an airborne cryptologic linguist for the U.S. Air Force in Afghanistan. Mike holds a JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a BA in international studies from the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Prior to joining GTCR, Denis worked at Aon, where he led Human Capital M&A Strategy for North America with a focus on private equity. Earlier in his career, he worked at Willis Towers Watson, where he developed financial strategies for employer health plans, and at a boutique consulting firm, where he led health insurance market placements. Denis holds an MBA from Brooklyn College and a BS from Ithaca College.

Sarah Adler, Principal, Portfolio Resources Group

Sarah joined GTCR in 2026. She works closely with investment teams to provide executive sourcing and recruitment support across the portfolio. Prior to joining GTCR, Sarah was a consultant at Egon Zehnder, where she worked on executive placement and organizational consulting. Previously, Sarah worked at Tapestry Inc. as a corporate strategist after beginning her career at Bain & Company as a consultant. Sarah earned her BA from Princeton University and her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
