TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) today announced a bold new initiative in North America designed to help reseller and vendor partners identify, pursue and scale opportunities across the rapidly expanding space economy. The first-of-its-kind initiative expands TD SYNNEX’s specialist go-to-market model into the space economy, combining focused market expertise with the scale of its technology ecosystem and gives partners a clearer path to build capabilities, align solutions to space-specific requirements and convert emerging demand into repeatable growth.
The Space Tech Initiative brings together TD SYNNEX’s technology ecosystem with leading industry organizations that offer domain expertise, training, certification and market intelligence to help establish credible Space Tech practices. By combining TD SYNNEX’s technology ecosystem and channel expertise with specialized space-industry partnerships, partners can build market knowledge, develop differentiated solutions and translate growing demand into new business opportunities. During this week’s Inspire event, TD SYNNEX introduced new collaborations with Nova Space Inc., The Artemis Group, All Points and Florida Institute of Technology, who with TD SYNNEX, will help partners build the knowledge, relationships and capabilities needed to compete in the market.
New specialized training offered in partnership with training leader Nova Space Inc. is now available to help enable IT resellers to understand and be better positioned to take advantage of the various opportunities in the space industry. This includes three specialized courses offered by Nova Space covering all three segments of the space economy: civil, national security and commercial.
Today, 90 percent of the IT that enables space launch remains on the ground and consists primarily of IT products sold by TD SYNNEX and its partners, but that figure will evolve rapidly as space companies continue to scale and grow. Overall, the global space economy grew 12% in 2025 to $686 billion, and could top $1 trillion by 2032, according to data from the Space Foundation.
“Space is no longer a niche market, and many of our partners are already supporting the technologies that power it,” said Eddie Franklin, Senior Vice President of Vertical Markets and leader of the Space Tech Initiative at TD SYNNEX. “Through training, market intelligence and strategic partnerships, we’re helping partners understand where demand exists, develop differentiated solutions and turn opportunity into action.”
Commercial space is opening new opportunities for companies of every size. The commercial market is growing fast, and government agencies across civil and national security space are increasingly buying capabilities as commercial services while continuing to drive major investment. That combination is creating new openings in space, and technology is at the center of it. This initiative will help space organizations navigate this shift and access the scalable IT infrastructure and expertise needed to advance mission-critical operations.
“The space economy represents a significant long-term growth opportunity, but many vendors and customers need a clearer path into the market,” said Gary Palenbaum, Executive Vice President of Revenue & Customer Success at TD SYNNEX. “By bringing together technology providers, space-industry expertise and the reach of our channel ecosystem, we can help partners build the capabilities and relationships needed to create sustainable growth.”
These specialized training courses are now available to TD SYNNEX customers. “Nova Space Inc. is pleased to partner with TD SYNNEX to develop meaningful training opportunities that will accelerate business and innovation across the space economy. We look forward to growing our work together,” shared Christopher Allen, Nova Space Inc. CEO.
In addition to Nova Space, TD SYNNEX is partnering with space industry leaders to develop and expand this initiative, including:
- The Artemis Group, a leading space consultancy founded by former NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine and led by a team of high-ranking officials with experience in Congress, the White House, Department of War, NASA and the private space sector with firsthand experience navigating the policies, organizations, missions and technologies driving the industry. The firm will provide strategic market insight and industry connectivity to help TD SYNNEX and its partners understand where demand is emerging, build the right relationships and align advanced IT solutions to mission-critical requirements.
- Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech), is one of the nation’s leading university sources of engineering talent for the U.S. space program. Florida Tech will help connect the IT channel more directly with the innovation, companies and emerging talent shaping the Space Coast. Through Florida Tech’s Vertex Applied Innovation Hub’s Community Connector Hub, TD SYNNEX will help create new pathways for collaboration, solution development and workforce growth.
- All Points and Space Prep (a service of All Points), a tier one space processor providing ground infrastructure and services for space launch. Alignment with Space Prep gives TD SYNNEX and its partners unique visibility to satellite manufacturing forecast and launch schedules.
“The space industry has spent the last decade proving it can get to orbit,” said Bill Weber, Senior Partner at The Artemis Group. “The next challenge is scale, and scale happens on the ground. Every launch, satellite and ground station depends on the same IT infrastructure that runs any fast-growing business, and too many space companies are building it on the fly. Bringing the reach of TD SYNNEX into this market means space companies can spend less time managing technology and more time on the mission.”
FIT President John Nicklow also shared his perspective on the partnership: “Florida Tech looks forward to establishing this unique and impactful partnership with TD SYNNEX. The space industry is rapidly evolving, and critical industry partnerships like this one help ensure our students, faculty and researchers are better prepared for what comes next.”
The strength of the initiative lies in how the partners work together. Florida Tech connects TD SYNNEX and its partners to innovation and talent; The Artemis Group brings strategic insight and industry access; and Nova Space builds the knowledge and credentials partners need to compete. All Points Space Prep is directly involved in space processing and TD SYNNEX adds the technology ecosystem, channel reach and go-to-market scale to turn those capabilities into repeatable growth.
TD SYNNEX plans to continue expanding the initiative through additional technology, education and industry collaborations, helping partners develop repeatable Space Tech practices and connect emerging customer requirements with solutions from across the technology ecosystem.
