The combination brings together two of the industry’s most trusted names in ADAS with plans to accelerate platform development and meet the automotive industry’s growing demand for a vertically integrated, hardware, software, and services solution.

ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle and has become an essential part of modern repairs, but the technology required to complete that work remains fragmented across separate systems, tools, and providers. AirPro and Revv bring complementary capabilities to address this gap: AirPro with deep expertise in diagnostics and calibration execution, and Revv with the software and AI infrastructure to manage the entire ADAS workflow, from identifying required calibrations and accessing OEM procedures to documenting and validating completed work and supporting insurer reimbursement. Combining Revv’s proprietary knowledge graph with AirPro’s service data across millions of repair events also provides the company with a complete view of how ADAS work is identified, performed, and documented.

Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the entire repair ecosystem and integrate with other tools, providers, and systems shops already use.

Du Toit will serve as CEO and Bathla as President & Chief Innovation Officer of the combined entity. Bathla will also join the Board.
