Pensions & Investments has named Elizabeth Dillon, Chief Executive Officer of Pictet Asset Management (USA), as one of the Most Influential Women in Institutional Investing 2026. Now in its fourth year, the list recognizes the distinguished women who have made a meaningful impact on the industry.
“I’m honored to be recognized by Pensions & Investments alongside so many women I admire across our industry,” said Dillon. “Building a team and a business has been a deeply rewarding opportunity. Showing what sets Pictet apart in the market has been the highlight of my career so far and with the team we’ve assembled I am confident about what we can achieve next.”
Dillon returned to New York in 2020 to launch Pictet Asset Management’s US office as CEO, following more than two decades leading teams in Geneva and London. Since then, she has led the firm’s expansion into proprietary US products, including the 2025 launch of Pictet’s first US ETFs and the introduction of collective investment trusts (CITs) that give US retirement investors access to Pictet’s global strategies.
Under Dillon’s leadership, Pictet continues to build out its AI-driven investment offering in the US and launched the Pictet AI Enhanced US Equity ETF (PQUS) in February, which surpassed $150 million in assets under management just six months after its launch.
