Dallas, TX, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Chuck E. Cheese, the world’s largest family entertainment center brand, has entered into an agreement with Grupo Dicrejart to introduce its new Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World concept in Jalisco, Mexico.

The agreement builds on nearly 50 years of Chuck E. Cheese experience in family entertainment while bringing a new type of indoor destination to families in the region. Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World combines active play, games, dedicated areas for younger children, games, live entertainment, signature pizza, alongside the Kid Check safety program.

“Working with an experienced operator like Grupo Dicrejart gives us a strong opportunity to introduce Adventure World to the Mexican audience and introduce the concept, for the first time, outside the United States,” said Mario Centola, chief operating officer of Chuck E. Cheese International. “We are excited to bring a new family experience to Jalisco while the traditions families know and trust from the world of Chuck E. Cheese.”

Under the agreement, the Chuck E. Cheese Plaza Patria location will be relocated within the mall, with an anticipated October opening. Grupo Dicrejart will also begin rebranding and building the new concept at the Urban Center La Rioja location, which is expected to reopen as Chuck E. Cheese Adventure World just in time for the holiday season. A third location is also currently in development, further expanding the concept’s presence in the market.

Emilio Rábago, CEO of Grupo Dicrejart, added, “We look forward to bringing this concept to life. It will focus on imagery and theming that elevates the overall experience while allowing parents to jump in, climb alongside their kids, and be part of the fun instead of watching from the sidelines.”

Unlike traditional Chuck E. Cheese locations, which center on arcade games, Adventure World puts more emphasis on physical activity and imaginative play. The format is designed to give children more opportunities to explore and move, while allowing the entire family to experience the fun together.
