The lineup spans a historic 150-plus-acre estate in New York’s Tuxedo Park, a 15th-century French château, the only completed residence on Colorado’s only private ski mountain, and more.

Bidding will culminate live on 29 September at 9 PM EDT/30 September at 9 AM HKT from The Upper House in Hong Kong, bringing together buyers and real estate offerings from around the world for one of Concierge Auctions’ most coveted international auction events. The sale follows the success of the firm’s 2025 Hong Kong event, which achieved a 100% sell-through rate and generated more than $1.25 billion in aggregate bids across its offerings.
