The Forwardly Network includes free bank payments, automatic accounting sync, and real-time financial visibility for any businesses connected on the network.
SACRAMENTO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Forwardly, the AI-native business payment platform, today announced the expansion of the Forwardly Network, a connected financial infrastructure that enables businesses to transact, share payment data, and sync accounting records directly with their customers and vendors without manual intervention.
When two businesses are both active on the Forwardly Network, bank payments between them are free regardless of payment speed, including instant transfers via FedNow and the RTP Network, same-day ACH, next-day ACH, and standard ACH. Invoice and remittance data flows automatically between any of nine leading accounting or ERP systems, eliminating re-entry and reconciliation. Payment status is visible to both parties in real time. Banking credentials are stored once and never need to be shared again over email.
The Forwardly Network is designed to replace the document-based exchange that still defines most B2B financial workflows. Rather than emailing PDFs, manually re-entering invoice data, and reconciling payments at month’s end, connected businesses exchange structured data directly, from invoice creation through payment and reconciliation sync with their books.
“Most businesses we speak with are still running their finances on documents and email,” said Nick Chandi, CEO and Co-Founder of Forwardly. “The Forwardly Network changes the underlying infrastructure. When two businesses connect, the transaction stays connected across both sides of the ledger automatically. We built this because we believe financial operations between businesses should work the way data already does in every other part of modern technology.”
The Forwardly Network is designed to solve a common challenge in B2B payments: businesses don’t always use the same accounting or ERP software. A seller using QuickBooks Online, for example, can transact with a buyer using NetSuite through Forwardly, with transaction data flowing between the two systems. Forwardly Network so far supports nine accounting and ERP platforms, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Campfire, Zoho Books and FreshBooks.
For businesses already using Forwardly, the pricing update means connected customer and vendor relationships can move money without bank processing fees.
“I’m excited to share this news about the Forwardly Network with my FreshBooks bookkeeping clients. A lot of my clients ask me for advice about getting some relief from payment processing fees, and this is just another step forward in them getting to keep even more of their hard-earned money,” said Kate Josephine Johnson, Owner of Heritage Business Services.
Forwardly is encouraging businesses to invite their most active customers and vendors to join the network. Businesses can see which contacts are already connected and invite those who are not directly from their AR and AP workflows. As more businesses connect, Forwardly Network creates a growing network where payments and financial data can move seamlessly across different accounting systems.
New businesses can join the Forwardly Network and begin their first 30 days of bank payments at no cost at Forwardly.com.
