Business Property Trust scores 170+ facilities on reviews, quality, amenities, and security using public data anyone can verify

PHOENIX, AZ, UNITED STATES, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Business Property Trust, LLC, the company behind the Carefree Covered RV Storage brand, has launched Best RV Storage Rankings (best-rv-storage.com), a public database scoring more than 170 RV storage facilities across the Phoenix, Arizona and Dallas, Texas metro areas.

Business Property Trust built the underlying database originally to monitor supply and track competitors in the markets where it operates, not for public use. After applying a standardized scoring system to that data, including its own facilities, the company decided the results were useful enough to publish.

Each facility is scored on a 100-point rubric across four categories: Reviews & Reputation (40 points), Storage Type & Facility Quality (25 points), Amenities & Extras (20 points), and Security (15 points). Scoring inputs—Google reviews, on-site visits, satellite imagery—are all public and independently verifiable, and facilities cannot pay to be ranked or improve a score.

“We built this to understand our own position in these markets, and it turned out to be a lot of data RV owners couldn’t easily find elsewhere,” said Kristina Blankenship, who compiles and maintains the rankings for Business Property Trust. “We’re not a neutral third party, and we say that directly on the site. What we do offer is a methodology that doesn’t change depending on who owns the property, and data anyone can check for themselves.”

Business Property Trust owns nine RV storage properties in the two markets and discloses that upfront on the site. Rankings will be updated on an ongoing basis as facilities open, close, or change.
