Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) has been recognized as having one of the insurance industry’s top internship programs, earning a place on the 2026 RISE Elite 50 Internships List. The annual program recognizes organizations that provide exceptional internship experiences, helping students develop industry skills while making measurable business contributions.

Selected among leading carriers, brokers, wholesalers, and MGAs, ISC was recognized for an internship program that gives students far more than observational experience. Over a paid 12-week summer program, interns work alongside ISC teams on real business initiatives, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to projects that deliver measurable value to the organization.

Brady Gormley interned in summer 2026 with ISC’s Business Development team, helping to re-engage dormant agency partners, advance stalled opportunities, and identify factors affecting producer retention.

The program has also left a lasting impression on its participants. Reflecting on her internship, Isabella said, “This internship taught me so much, and I’m so grateful for everyone I got to work with. I would love the opportunity to come back here after I graduate.”

The internship program is part of ISC’s broader early-career talent strategy. Students work onsite at ISC’s headquarters, collaborating with experienced professionals across business development, product management, cybersecurity, project management, and other disciplines while gaining exposure to the insurance industry and its evolving technology landscape. Several former interns have transitioned into full-time roles with the company, further demonstrating the program’s long-term success.
